We organize workshops and group meetings on topics related to coaching and psychology:

• Personal Development: self-awareness and self-acceptance, manage anxiety and guilt, avoidance and procrastination, get unstuck and make meaningful life changes

• Work: work-life balance, manage stress and prevent burnout, adapt to changes, manage difficult discussions

• Relationships: improve communication and social skills, set boundaries, make new connections and deepen the existing ones

Who is behind these events?

I am a coach and a psychologist with five years of experience in helping people manage their difficulties and achieve their goals. My purpose is to support individuals and groups so they can find fulfilment and meaning in their work, relationships and lives.
