Immerse yourself into the beautiful forest surroundings and take the opportunity to breathe deeply, de-stress and enjoy the wonders of wild camping in a 100acre wood. Shining Cliff woods are a SSSI, a site of special scientific interest.

Row your guide is a Grith Pioneer and Forest School leader. He helps manage the woods and has permission to supervise camps there.

Bring your own equipment and food. This is a self catering event. The nearest shops and pub are 2 miles away. Row will bring firewood, water and camp toilets. Donations welcome to cover these costs

Relax, do your own thing or get involved in the activities on offer. Bushcraft, Campfire cooking, Forest School, Games and Forest Bathing.

Meet at The Bear Inn on Friday. DE562RD at 6.00pm. 5 minute drive to the woods. Walk to the camping area with equipment, about ten minutes. A trolley will be available. Bring one or a wheelbarrow if you can?

If you can't make this camp Row can provide alternative dates. You can even ask for 1 to 1 sessions to suit you.
