As long as one side of the Benchasiri court is open, we will run a small group shooting practice.

150 baht training fee for the session.

The workout involves light to medium cardio. It will include opportunities to refine shooting fundamentals, technique detail, as well as receive many game-like shot scenarios where you get to catch and shoot after a burst of movement.

Shooting workout breakdown:

• Form shooting w/1-1 technique. 10 swishes (no rim), to make sure everything is feeling + looking good before moving on to dynamic drills.
• Relocation shooting: left side 10 to 15 makes
• Relocation shooting: right side 10 to 15 makes
• Relocation shooting: slot to slot (free throw line area) 10 to 15 makes

Time and personnel permitting, we will also learn one set play together at the end.
