Food Adventure #1 Pho Bowl

One thing I would like to do with the group is start a series called Food Adventures. It is very important to understand different cultures and expand your eating habits. I will try and explain some history behind the dish and where it comes from.
I will need help with this series so if you have any ideas for the next one please let me know.

Phở or pho is a Vietnamese soup dish consisting of broth, rice noodles, herbs, and meat. Pho is a popular food in Vietnam where it is served in households, street stalls and restaurants countrywide. Nam Định people were the first to create Vietnamese traditional pho. Pho is considered Vietnam's national dish.
