Join With Love Projects for a free, community-centered Candlelit Vinyasa — a grounding yet powerful flow designed to soothe the nervous system, center queer and trans bodies, and offer a space of collective rest and resilience.

We’ll move through a strong, steady vinyasa flow in a gently heated room (about 90 degrees), creating the perfect balance of challenge and release. Expect to build heat, move with intention, and leave feeling both energized and deeply grounded.

This class focuses on long-held floor postures designed to stretch the connective tissues and invite deep relaxation. All bodies, identities, and experience levels are welcome.
