If you don't know if you can make it, come out. If you feel nervous and don't know anyone, neither did we! Everything is perfect (weather, trails, people) and it is a fantastic time to hike, best time of the year! We always assign a member to sweep up any stragglers, so you will be fine. We all welcome you to Hiking North Carolina- You don't know if you don't try!

On this trail, you can enjoy a serene walk surrounded by peaceful natural scenery. The trail is well-marked and mostly shaded by trees. It has some flooded and muddy sections, especially after rain. Also, there are many roots and rocks so be careful with your footing. You can get near the trailhead by searching the North Carolina Division Of Parks And Recreation Yorkshire Center on Google Maps.
