Birth and Beyond (Northern Location)

A Free Doula led meet up for pregnant people. Connect with other expecting parents and learn labor tips from doulas.
This event happens every Second and Fourth Saturday of the month.
We will set up on the grass (either near the playground at Fletcher's Cove. Or on the grass near the bathrooms at Kate Sessions).
We will have a table with drinks and snacks. Lots of blankets and pillows, and a large sign that says Birth and Beyond Meet Up. If you are having trouble finding us, give me a call, 858 353 4442 (Arri's number).

For this event on Saturday Feb 28th the theme will be "What to Pack in Your Hospital Bag?" I will go over what I recommend people bring with them to the hospital when they are in labor. It's going to be so much fun! Can't wait to see everyone there!
