Birth and Beyond MeetUp (Kate Sessions Park)

A Free Doula led meet up for pregnant people. Connect with other expecting parents and learn labor tips from doulas.

The topic of this one is going to be: The Benefits of Having a Doula. I will explain what doulas do for both birth and postpartum. If you are thinking about hiring a doula, then definitely come to this one.

This event happens every Second and Fourth Saturday of the month.
We will set up on the grass, near the bathrooms at Kate Sessions. We will have a table with drinks and snacks. Lots of blankets, and a large sign that says Birth and Beyond Meet Up. If you are having trouble finding us, give me a call, 858 353 4442 (Arri's number).
