A Free Doula led meet up for pregnant people. Connect with other expecting parents and learn labor tips from doulas.
Guest Speaker: Alisa Glavan who owns Push San Diego Acupuncture and has been supporting families in San Diego for over 15 years. She is a Licensed Acupuncturist, and an I.B.C.L.C. She will be talking to the group about the benefits of acupuncture for fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum. And if we have some time she will give up some insights from her work as a lactation consultant.

This event happens every Second and Fourth Saturday of the month.
We will set up on the grass, near the bathrooms at Kate Sessions. We will have a table with drinks and snacks. Lots of blankets, and a large sign that says Birth and Beyond Meet Up. If you are having trouble finding us, give me a call, 858 353 4442 (Arri's number).
