Join Lee of Cosmic Lee InTune for a deeply restorative Sound Bath honoring the arrival of the Spring Equinox — the moment when day and night come into perfect balance. As the natural world begins to awaken, this session offers a space to pause, reset the nervous system, and align with the rhythms of the new season.
Participants will rest comfortably while being immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other harmonic instruments. These frequencies can support relaxation, reflection, and a sense of inner balance as we transition into the energy of spring.
No experience is necessary. Simply come as you are and allow the sound to guide you into a state of rest and renewal.
