Holiday Heart Opener: Movement Flow & Kirtan
Alex will start us off with a short YogaFlow to prepare the body for sitting/chanting/dancing while I do sound check and warm up on the ole' harmonium. Move to the flow on your mat, or just enjoy the background music.
We will set our intentions over cacao-infused golden milk, further opening the heart. Then we'll begin chanting around 4:30. (Bring something comfy to sit on for kirtan.)
Kirtan is about community. Please don't lack of funds keep you from attending. Scholarships are available, or you can make an offering that feels right for you at the door.
