Come join me for a peaceful and soul-nourishing sound bath in the forest! I will be hosting this event in my backyard, where we will be surrounded by nature. Soak in the sounds of the crystal bowls and the birds – and breathe in the fresh air amongst the trees. This is a transformational opportunity to quiet the outside world so that you can go within – a space to feel your own peaceful presence, to recalibrate, rebalance, and reset your energy.
The full moon is a spiritual pinnacle, representing completion, heightened intuition, and the illumination of hidden truths. While each specific full moon carries its own uniqueness, general full moon energy is a time for purging and releasing negative thoughts, emotions, and limiting beliefs.
⭐️ This gathering will include: ⭐️
🌲 The powerful healing sounds of crystal bowls and nature. Crystal bowl sound healing is a vibrational therapy that uses pure quartz crystal bowls to promote deep relaxation, emotional release, and physical healing. Each bowl is typically tuned to a specific musical note that corresponds to one of the body's seven main chakras or energy centers.
🌲 Channeled vocal toning by Kaitlyn - to help assist in grounding, clearing, and activating your energy. A space of conscious connection with your body, mind, and soul.
🌲 A supportive and healing space to allow your nervous system to rest, release, and reset.
🌞 Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket (I’ll have a few available to use), a sweatshirt or layers! I’ll be facilitating the sound bath outside on my deck, and well…we know how Washington weather is. If it rains (which I hope it doesn’t!) I have a canopy that will protect us. If there is a crazy torrential downpour or storm, though, we may have to do the sound bath inside or reschedule the event.
