Old Man Of Coniston, Dow Crag and Swirl How and Wetherlam from

From the Car park we walk up Walna Scar road going past Blind Tarn then onto Dow Crag dropping down to Goats Hawes then climbing to the old Man of Coniston then we follow the ridge to Swirl How down the Prison Band then up to the final summit of Wetherlam then down the valley of Red Dell to the finish
