This is simply a group of friends who meditate together.
All experience levels welcome.
It is free, drop-in, and come-and-go as you please (but please stay muted during meditation time)
There is no sales pitch at the end.
No seminars and workshops.
There is no guru looking for followers.
You do not need to believe in anything to participate.
Timetable
Guided 7:00-7:15pm
Someone (usually me) will lead us for the first few minutes just to get things started.
We will start with a quick rundown of mindfulness, as well as one random technique picked out of a hat.
Unguided 7:15-7:30pm
Now you are set free to meditate on your own. Everyone sits in silence, and practices however they wish. If you are new, I would gently encourage you to continue practicing what you learned during the guided portion.
Chat 7:30-7:45pm
Finally we can break the silence!
