Mindfulness Journaling Picnic

Details

Imagine a beautiful park in the city, with a group of close friends having a picnic by the gushing water and smell of pine trees. The hot sun beating down on them as they relax into the tranquil abundance of the present moment.

They meditate, reflect, share, and support each other.
When they eat, they are fully present in the sensory bliss of the food.
When they listen, they are fully present with the speaker.

We are a safe, welcoming group of open hearts and close connections.

This is your invitation to join us.

Meditation / Journaling [10:30-11:15]
We start off with a 10 minute guided meditation, just to get things flowing before you are set free to continue practicing without guidance.

After that, we fluidly move between meditation and writing. I find it works best to not have a rigid timeline but to just let it happen naturally.

Grab paper and get your thoughts out. Nobody will see it unless you decide to share (zero pressure).

Share [11:15-12:00]
We collectively go silent and create space. You may take an (optional) turn speaking and sharing your thoughts or feelings. Whatever comes up. Whatever is on your mind. while the rest of the group practices deep listening and empathy. Watch out, this can get emotional and intense!

Eat & Chat [12:00-1:00]
Now we break bread together and come back to reality.
