The meeting will commence at the regular time, only through each of your own computers/ desktops / laptops or phones.

• Zoom.us is the video conference website that’s very easy to use.
• Go there today and setup a free account.
• You simply follow the steps to login to the meeting.
• NO password required, WAITING ROOM is turned OFF, so you will be admitted directly into the meeting.
• Have your video and audio on, so you can be seen and heard
• DURING the meeting, mute yourself so background noise won’t be a problem
• During the meeting, you can unmute yourself to give your commercial, and obviously, the “Speaker(s) of the day” will unmute during their time.
• Upper RIGHT of video screen has VIEW OPTIONS.
• Choose gallery view, so all members present are shown.
• When any person speaks, their frame will be highlighted… this is a much easier viewing option versus having every person who speaks pop up and dominate your viewing space.
