Lets begin our meditation journey by learning the scientific basis and benefits of regular meditation.
First 10 minutes we will introduce ourselves to each other. I will then present a slide deck about meditation for 10-15 minutes. After this we will do a guided 20 minute mantra meditation practice. In the last 10 minutes we can share our experiences and this will include questions from the group
The session is designed to be interactive.
There are many cafes around, we will have a coffee break after the session.
