Lets begin our meditation journey by learning the scientific basis and benefits of regular meditation.
First 10 minutes we will introduce ourselves to each other. I will then talk a bit about Mantra Meditation. After this, we will do a guided 20 minute mantra meditation practice. In the last 10 minutes we can share our experiences and this will include questions from the group
The session is designed to be interactive.
We can go for coffee to Cafe Richmond after the session.
