Welcome to Mindful MeetUp!

This is a space for curious and open-minded individuals seeking to live with greater intention and meaning. Through online sessions, we’ll explore engaging themes from mindfulness, philosophy, and psychology — offering insights that can be applied to daily life.

Each session includes a brief introduction to a core concept, space for open discussion, and a short guided meditation or practical mindfulness activity to help ground and integrate what we've explored.

Your guide, Laura, is a wellbeing educator, coach, and mindfulness instructor with nearly 20 years of experience. She has supported individuals across high schools, emergency services, and elite sport, helping them build resilience, clarity, and emotional wellbeing.
