Lord of the Rings Discussion

Hey everybody, our Lord of the Rings meeting is not on the first Monday this month because of Labor Day so will be this upcoming Monday, September 8 at 6:30 p.m. at Parkway Food Hall. Sorry for the late notice - Meetup only allows 2 events per month, posted in that month! From now on, we'll be sure to make a post in the group discussion page on Meetup of any changes.

This discussion series is perfect for fans of Tolkien, fantasy, and/or thinking about the nature of life and the universe. Lord of the Rings knowledge is not required, as the discussion integrates both the source material and abstract concepts. We start by watching or reading 1-2 clips from the books/movies and then see where the conversation takes us.

We are LGBTQ+ friendly and encourage a diversity of experiences, perspectives, and ideas in our discussions.
