An Intimate Monthly Gathering for Women in Berlin · Limited to 8–12 Seats
    Location: Cozy Café in Berlin
    Duration: 1.5–2 Hours
Investment: Free (Mandatory Ticket RSVP to reserve your seat)

    ### What to Expect

The Open Reflection Circle is an intimate, structured 90-minute meetup for women who want to skip the small talk, connect meaningfully, and gain practical insights into their mind and body.

Unlike a casual café meetup, each circle is grounded in a Monthly Educational Theme designed to help you understand your emotional patterns, nervous system, and subconscious habits.

You’ll receive a physical, beautifully designed Reflection Sheet at the door with guided journal prompts. There is never any pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with - listeners are just as welcome as speakers.

    ### August Theme: Navigating Late-Summer Transitions & Internal Resistance

As late summer sets in, we often feel a quiet pull between wanting to slow down and feeling pressure to "do more" before the season shifts. This month, we explore the mechanics of resistance:

    • Why setting new goals or making life changes often triggers self-doubt or anxiety.
    • How childhood conditioning shapes our default reactions to change.
    • Practical, low-resistance ways to align your daily rhythm with what your body actually needs right now.

    ### The Circle Flow (1.5–2 Hours)

    1. Welcome & Setting the Container (10 Mins): Intros, tea, and establishing a safe, confidential space led by Burcay & Ritika.
    2. 5-Minute Education Catalyst: Brief, practical insights into nutrition, stress, and subconscious identity patterns.
    3. Guided Reflection (30 Mins): Using your printed worksheet, we take quiet time to journal through our prompts, followed by relaxed pair/group sharing.
    4. Group Conversation & Love Letter Exchange (30 Mins): Open reflection and our signature gratitude letter exchange.
    5. Closing & Integration (10 Mins): Grounding out together and sharing next steps to stay connected.

    ### Essential Details

    • Bring: A pen and a open mind. (Worksheets provided!)
    • Please Note: Because table space at our café partner is strictly capped at 8–12 women, holding a confirmed ticket via Eventbrite is mandatory. If your plans change, please cancel 24 hours in advance so a woman on the waitlist can join.
