The full address of Watford Library is Hempstead Road, Watford, WD17 3EU. The library is in the town square opposite Watford Town Hall. The Avenue Car Park is immediately across the road from the library. If full, the next nearest car park is The Gade, which is approximately a ten-minute walk from the library.
