Let's Get Outside and WALK!

Let's revisit the Alta Trail in Sausalito! From the end of Donahue St. in North Sausalito, a lovely neighborhood fire road/trail will take us directly into the Marin Headlands, with views across Richardson Bay to Tiburon on one side and the verdant ravines of Tennessee Valley on the other. Flattish to moderate uphill for first mile will transition to a steeper climb to our turnaround point. DISTANCE: About 3.5 miles out and back. LEVEL: Intermediate. EXPOSURE: Full sun
