Tools for recruiters to create agile job specs

• What we'll do
There are two parts to this session.

#1 You'll learn an effective way to draft the job specifications for the following roles:

• Scrum Master
• Agile Coach
• Agile Delivery Manager

Through looking at the similarities across the roles & the boundaries - we hope to show you when to pick which role depending on what the client needs.

#2 You'll be shown a tool to help you interview agile coaches, finding out if the candidate is the "right" type of coach for the role advertised.

Although all agile coaches should have certain competencies there are different styles & characteristics which may be more useful for different roles. A reflective, slower paced coach vs a more direct & energetic coach - neither is wrong or right - it depends on the needs of the role.
