Often, you might be figuring out if a candidate is experienced enough through looking for those buzzwords on their CV & seeking out those all important agile certificates. The trouble is, we can all get certificates & parrot buzzwords - but it doesn't mean you're sending quality candidates down to the client. We want to help you improve your ability to spot good ScrumMasters without relying on buzzwords & certificates.
