Welcome to The Next Chapter Circle — a warm, inclusive, and empowering support group for women 45 and older, including those who identify as LGBTQ+ and from all ethnic and cultural backgrounds, who are navigating life’s exciting and sometimes challenging transitions. Whether you’re adjusting to an empty nest, rediscovering yourself after divorce, or moving through the changes of perimenopause, this is a safe and welcoming space to connect, share, and grow. Together, we celebrate authenticity, diversity, friendship, and the freedom that comes with this new stage of life. From wine tastings and dining adventures to scenic hikes, concerts, and laughter-filled gatherings, our group embraces joy, self-discovery, and the power of community.
