Start your day with Body Jam — a freeform dance and movement gathering in Brighton, MI.
This is a welcoming space to move your body, clear your mind, and reconnect with yourself — no choreography, no expectations, no judgment. Just music and the freedom to move however you need.
Inspired by the energy of ecstatic dance, Body Jam is about listening inward and letting movement arise naturally. Some people dance, some stretch, some stay still or breathe. All forms of expression are welcome here.

• 🌟 Opening Circle: 9:30 AM (please arrive early to sign in and settle)
• 🎶 Freeform Movement: immediately after circle
• 🫶 Closing Circle: final 10–15 minutes

Weekly board game night, every Tuesday! Drop in whenever, drop out whenever! Come on down to the private event room in the back of the building and have some fun!

Whether you prefer heavier or lighter games, you're probably covered. Many people bring their own games they've been itching to get to the table, so don't worry if you bring nothing to play—you're still bound to find something to enjoy :)

Everyone welcome, free to attend, lots of fun, a d plenty of parking (There's a library nearby, a parking garage, etc.). The food is excellent. Let me know if you have any questions, and I hope to see you there!

• Two rounds: 7pm and 8pm.
