5 mile morning run ferndale

5 mile morning run for whoever wants to join!

Meeting Place: Martin Rd Park Pickball Courts.

Time: meet at 630am

Start/End: Woodward Heights End of Martin Road Park

To where: Woodward Heights to Woodward to 10 mile and Rosewood and back

My average pace is currently at about a 10 min mile so to stay somewhat together we would have to be around a 9 to 11 min mile.

I've run this path before and there is sidewalks. The busy traffic area is running up Woodward and crossing Woodward onto 10 mile.
