All skill levels are welcome; we tend to be a beginner-intermediate group. If you need help with throwing/rules, we are more than happy to help you!

- Be sure to bring good running shoes or cleats (these are preferable) and plenty of hydration for yourself.

Wearable Illumination:

For late fall/winter play, please bring wearable illumination to identify as team Blue vs Orange/Red.

Planning to reserve green for the disk as it tends to be the most visible.

Preferably, get a selectable color, 360 degree visibility light vest such as one of the following:
