The goal of this meet up is simply to relax and connect.
Whether you want to bring a project you're currently working on (embroidery, crochet, bracelet making, etc.) or just come for the company, you’re more than welcome.
What to expect:
- A relaxed, low-pressure vibe
- A quiet, cozy, locally owned coffee shop (no sensory overload)
- Casual conversation - no structure or expectations
- A mix of people crafting and people just hanging out
Black Cat has great coffee/tea and some desserts/food. Clementine’s Pastries is right next door - perfect if you want to support a couple local spots while in Mount Clemens.
Good to know:
- Feel free to drop in and leave whenever works for you
- No crafting experience (or project) needed
Bring your current project or just yourself. Looking forward to seeing you there!
Parking:
Free street and lot parking is typically available on weekends in downtown Mount Clemens. There are usually spots on Macomb Place near Black Cat or on nearby side streets within a short walking distance.
If you’re new to the area, just give yourself a few extra minutes to find a spot the first time.
This is something I plan to host regularly, with locations varying (generally on the east side/central areas).
