Details
Please do join me on one of Noeth Londons prettiest and interesting walks. Parkland Walk was once part of the Great Northern Railway, which was originally constructed to run trains between Finsbury Park and Highgate (with branch lines up to Alexandra Palace and High Barnet). Were it not for the onset of WWII, it could look very different today. At one point, plans had been made to add the stretch of track to the Northern Line, but the war effort meant that plans were abandoned before being fully finished.
Meet at Manor House tube at 2pm ready to move through Finsbury Park.
Distance approx 3 miles
