In this workshop, we'll discuss how you can finally stop looking for reassurance from others and start giving it to yourself so that you can feel more peace in your relationships.

We've all been there where we've received feedback that landed the wrong way and alienated us from our boss. Or where they haven't said anything, only for us to find out months later from someone else. Now, you don't want to make the same mistakes. In this workshop, we'll discuss how to give feedback rather than letting it linger, and how to do it in a way that actually brings you closer to your colleagues.
