Classical Music: Playing Solo or Ensemble

Hi everyone!
Let's get together and share our passion for making music! This is a regular meetup for amateur musicians of all levels and abilities to perform for each other and socialize. We strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where every musician feels welcome.
What Are We Doing to Do?
You can play a solo or ensemble piece(s) at any stage of performance-readiness. This is not a recital - works-in-progress and fragments of works are welcome! You might also meet other musicians who are interested in preparing duets or other ensembles. Those who are good at sight reading may choose to play in duets or trios. Please bring the scores for the pieces you want to play, or that you wish to play with others. Giving compliments and discussion of the music is welcome, but please, no unsolicited criticism of performances. The studio has a piano, and non-pianists bring their own instruments. Sorry, no percussion instruments are allowed in the studio.
The Meetup Structure
We will meet directly at Studio Epilogue Musique, 1726 St-Denis, room 400, at 6:30. Buzz number 403 if the main door is locked. Please note that the studio is upstairs and there is no elevator. The studio website is http://en.epiloguemusique.com/
Costs Per Person
$10 each (payable by cash at the meetup, or by e-transfer to the organizer)
Regarding RSVP Cancellations
Please be mindful that I am required to give the people who run the studio at least a 48-hour notice to cancel a reservation. So, many last minute cancellations could jeopardize the friendly terms we have with the studio people.
Courteousness
Remember that there are limited spots in this meetup. If you are not planning to play, and you still want to join us, it would be appreciated if you give priority to those who want to play, by refraining from RSVPing until the 3rd day before this event. Also, please be mindful to other interested members, by refraining from RSVPing until you are certain you can join.
