What we’re about
The Women’s Wellness Space is a warm and supportive community for women in their 30s, 40s and 50s who want to feel better in their bodies - now, and in the years ahead. We meet in person in Canterbury and online, so you can connect, learn and move whether you are local or joining from further afield.

Who this is for:
This space is for you if you are:
- Experiencing weight gain, changing menstrual cycles, low energy, poor sleep or stress and want things to change.
- Wondering why your body feels different, even though you’re generally eating well and exercising during the week
- Tired of normalising pain and discomfort and just pushing through your day.
- Used to putting everyone else first and are ready to finally put your own needs on the list.
You do not need to be “well enough”, “fit enough” or have everything together to join, you just need a willingness to give some attention to your own health so you can show up for life with more energy, less stress, and a clearer head.
What we do together:
This is a space for learning, support and action.
Together, we:
- Learn about the changes happening in our bodies in our 30s, 40s and 50s
- Explore how food affects energy, mood, weight and hormones
- Learn how to choose foods that support steady energy (not crashes and constant caffeine!)
- Look at doable ways to reduce stress and support better sleep
- Move our bodies in ways that build a more supported body, confidence and overall long-term health.
- Hold space to share experiences with other women who get it and are cheering you on, not judging you.
We don’t just talk about wellbeing, we put it into practice, with accountability and encouragement along the way.
A key part of this group is learning how to look after our bodies now, rather than waiting until things feel a little harder to manage.
How it works:
Format: A mix of in‑person meetups in Canterbury and online sessions so you can join from wherever you are.
Style: Friendly, supportive and down‑to‑earth. Think honest conversations, education, movement sessions and shared learning.
Rhythm: Regular sessions so you have ongoing support, accountability and a community to grow with over time.
The aim of The Women’s Wellness Space is to help you:
- Feel more energised in your day‑to‑day life, without constantly running on an empty tank.
- Understand what is going on with your body, so you can stop guessing and start making choices that work for you.
- Build body confidence, ease of movement and habits that future-proof your body and health so you have the energy to enjoy your life now and with your future grandkids.
- Feel less alone, more supported and part of a community of women who genuinely want to see each other thrive!
Over time, you’ll build your own personalised toolkit of foods, habits, routines and movements that support you.
This is about feeling better, not doing more.
This is an ongoing community, not a one-off event.
If you’ve been meaning to focus on your health “at some point”, this group is here to help you make that point now - in a supportive, welcoming space.
Join The Women’s Wellness Space to save your spot at our next Meetup, connect with like‑minded women and start putting your wellbeing back at the centre of your life.
We’d love you to join us ❤️

Peri-cise | A New Exercise Class for Women in their 30s, 40s & 50s
Canterbury Baptist Church Hall, St. George's Place,, Canterbury, CT1 1UT, GBNot a bootcamp! Not a gym! A brand-new feel-good exercise class for women in their 30s–50s who want to move well for years to come.
Hello ladies of Canterbury!
Welcome to Peri-cise - a new exercise class concept for women in their 30s, 40s and 50s who want to future-proof their bodies, feel stronger and more supported, and keep moving comfortably for years to come.
This class IS NOT about getting 6-pack abs or building a bigger booty 🍑
It’s about feeling good in your body, continuing to move well as you age, and staying mobile and active for years to come - something many of us take for granted until it doesn’t feel quite so easy anymore.
Click here to book your place and complete the required health form prior to joining.
Peri-cise is designed to help keep your body moving well - in a fun, supportive way, alongside other women.
This is:
- Not a bootcamp
- No shouting
- No burpees
- And definitely no pushing on until you feel like you might throw up 🤮
You’ll move in a warm, welcoming space with women who want to feel strong in their bodies now - and still feel strong 10, 20, even 30 years from now!
This is for you if don’t enjoy gyms, but also don’t want to do nothing and hope for the best.
Peri-cise is about:
- Fun
- Friendship
- Future-proofing your body
Over time, Peri-cise supports:
- Stronger bones and a stronger body that supports you for the years ahead
- Less groaning when getting up from a chair!
- More energy, without feeling wiped out for the rest of the day
- That satisfying “I’m glad I did that” feeling
- A few new Peri-cise friends along the way! 👭
