We host a weekly Zumba class in Midtown Manhattan, 5-minute walk from Bryant Park! This class is a 45-minute high-energy, feel-good workout, designed to help you move your body and boost your mood! The class blends simple, easy-to-follow dance cardio with great music in a welcoming, no-pressure environment.

Whether your goal is to move more, try something new or just shake off the start-of-the-year slump, this class is a fun and accessible way to begin.

***Bring water and wear comfortable clothing and shoes you can move freely easily in. We're wrapping up by 7:30pm so don't be fashionably late---plan your entrance and catch it all!
