In Part I, A Journey to Your Inner Guidance, we focus on slowing down, calming the mind, and learning to reconnect with our inner voice/ higher self/inner child. This is designed to help you gently reconnect with your inner child, preparing you for our deeper work in Part II.

In Part II, Shadow Work 101 (May 21st, 26), we gently explore the patterns, emotional reactions, and hidden parts of ourselves that may be influencing our lives beneath the surface.

Part I is designed to help you reconnecting with your inner guidance. There are moments in life when we seek clarity, guidance, or simply a sense of inner peace. Often, we look outside for answers… yet the wisdom we are searching for already lives within us.

This session is simply a space to remember… and reconnect. Through a gentle and supportive space, you will be guided inward to experience a deeper connection with your higher self—not through effort, but through presence.
