Finding Your Place in a W-Agile World

The world is rapidly changing. Companies are looking for ways to respond to this change, ways to work efficiently and delivery value. As part of this, we have seem evolution of how we handle projects and products, from predictive waterfall, to iterative agile, and in reality quite often something in-between with a bit of W-Agile (Waterfall / Agile... or "Wanna-Be-Agile".) It can be hard for one to find their place in this diverse arena. Have you been wondering where you fit into this W-Agile world - or where you WANT to fit in? There are many paths, many roles and options. During this session, we will talk about finding your place in our W-Agile world, or content you might want to share with others still on this quest. We will incorporate some online collaborative activities and breakout rooms so we can have fun as we explore this topic together!
