What we’re about
We are a husband and wife gaming duo who love to host tabletop board games in our house on a weekly basis. We have about 15 to 20 regulars ranging in ages from 20s to 50s who come in and out every couple of weeks, and we'd love to add more!
If you're looking for a board game group to join as a regular, instead of hosting one yourself, we're what you're looking for.
This group has been going strong since 2004, when it began in Marina Del Rey. We're now based in Hawthorne, so more central for a lot of our regulars.
We play everything from Agricola and Barrage to Letter Jam and Time's Up, and everything in between. We own over 200 board games, and every regular is happy to teach games that others don't know. We always have snacks, and we typically do a food order that people pitch in on.
We have a big but harmless dog (all bark, no bite, literally) and two cats. There's plenty of space for up to 4 tables going at once.
It's all about fun and friendships and laughter and exploring our hobby together.
