I am a physiotherapist and teach Pilates based on rehabilitative methods, which are suitable for all experience levels.
Classes focus on building strength, balance, and postural control through Pilates exercises. Through creative sequencing and breathwork, you’ll enhance your full-body strength, improve stability, and support better posture.
Pilates is also effective for injury prevention, relieving back pain, and improving movement efficiency. The sessions are designed to challenge you, with modifications for all levels and any injury or condition.
