Coffee Labs Roasters is an award-winning, pet-themed specialty cafe and on-site micro-roastery in Westchester County. Founded in 2003 by Mike and Alicia Love, the shop gets its name as a playful nod to both a Labrador retriever (inspired by their dog Danali) and a scientific roasting laboratory.
