Join for Yoga class in Jardim Cerca da Graca situated just below Graca church. This little park offers beautiful views and allows us to dive into our practice and connect with nature around and within us.
We start by tuning in with the breath and move through a series of held postures to increase flexibility and build strength. We will finish class with a relaxation & meditation.
