Sierra Club Military Outdoors Veteran Listening Session

Calling all veterans!
Come join Sierra Club Michigan and the Sierra Club Military Outdoors (SCMO) for a veteran listening session. We will be collecting feedback and ideas about how veterans engage with nature directly from YOU - the veteran. This in-person event is your chance to be part of the nationwide Veterans Outdoor Recreation Listening Tour.

During this event, we will engage in robust conversations, thoughtfully exploring our relationship with the outdoors while considering the unique intersections of our lives and delve into how nature has played an integral role in our personal healing processes. We want you to share your experiences in the outdoors so we can compile your stories to share with the VA task force to ensure they are addressing the actual needs of veterans.

Light refreshments will be provided. This event is wheelchair accessible. We strive to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals, including individuals with disabilities, to engage fully.
