What we’re about

Outdoor-focused group training for strength, grit, and brotherhood.

## About Us

We are a men’s training brotherhood based in North Seattle, focused on building strength, grit, and consistency through outdoor-focused group training.

Our workouts blend strength training with running, carries, conditioning, and functional movement inspired by Obstacle Course Racing (OCR). The goal isn’t just fitness — it’s showing up, putting in the work, and doing it alongside other men who value effort, accountability, and community.

You’ll train hard, support others, and be supported in return.

## How We Train

Our coach-led sessions follow a hybrid training approach, combining:

  • Strength work (kettlebells, dumbbells, bodyweight)
  • Conditioning and running
  • Carries, sleds, and real-world movement
  • Outdoor sessions (especially during the summer months)

This style of training builds:

  • Total-body strength
  • Endurance and resilience
  • Mental toughness
  • Confidence that carries into everyday life

## Who This Group Is For

This group is for men of all fitness levels who:

  • Want to train consistently
  • Prefer group accountability over solo workouts
  • Enjoy outdoor training and functional fitness
  • Are curious about OCR or Spartan-style training (no race experience required)

Beginner-friendly, but effort is expected.

## Location & Future Vision

We currently host outdoor sessions in Green Lake Park, taking advantage of Seattle’s trails and open spaces.

As the community grows, the long-term vision includes indoor training sessions and a dedicated strength facility in the Lynnwood / North Sound area — without losing the brotherhood and outdoor roots that define this group.

## What You Can Expect

  • Structured group workouts
  • A welcoming but disciplined environment
  • Accountability and encouragement
  • A growing community built on shared effort

If you’re looking for more than just a workout — and want to be part of something consistent, challenging, and supportive — you’re in the right place.

This is a positive, respectful training environment. Everyone is welcome to train at their own level, but showing up with effort and respect for the group is non-negotiable.
