Join us for meditation, energy exercises and spiritual teaching.

"The Nature of Evil, the Nature of Light"
We try to stay connected to spirit and to our intuition in our daily life. But if the events in the world, or our work, or our family seem too overwhelming, too negative, it is hard to stay focused on the positive. We come to realize that there is darkness in the world and sometimes we feel helpless to resist it, or deal with it. Do we stay in the positive and ignore the darkness? Do we engage with darkness and try to combat it? Do we doubt that light is strong enough to combat darkness or evil?

In this class we will be doing meditations and teaching to reaffirm your connection to the light. We will also provide spiritual tools to help you feel empowered and safe. Light always triumphs over darkness if one can remain connected to it. We can have tools to stay filled with light and have a divine perspective. We can use the tools, and keep fear, negativity and powerlessness out of our consciousness.

We need to remember that light is always much more powerful than any darkness in our lives, and as we stand firmly in the light, our lives and the lives of everyone around us are uplifted.
