Welcome to London Coffee Social!

This group is for anyone in their 20s, 30s, and 40s who wants to build real friendships in London through small, in-person meetups like brunches and coffee chats in a relaxed, low-pressure setting. Whether you’ve just moved to the city, have lived here for years, or simply want to expand your social circle, you’re welcome.

We use Groupvibe to coordinate each meetup. Groupvibe is a platform designed to help people connect offline through small-group gatherings. While we use the Groupvibe system to organise events and manage RSVPs, this Meetup group is focused on community-building and helping members form genuine, lasting friendships in London.

How it works:
We host gatherings of 4–6 people at local cafés and brunch spots across London. Each event is intentionally small to make conversation easy and natural. The focus is on meaningful connection, not networking or sales. Many members stay in touch after their first meetup and continue meeting independently.

Group affiliation:
London Coffee Social is organised by the team behind Groupvibe. Groupvibe provides the coordination tools used to arrange the meetups, but participation in this Meetup group is about building local friendships and being part of an active, welcoming community. There is no requirement to purchase any product to attend our Meetup events.

Who should join?
Anyone in London (ages 25–45) looking for more meaningful, in-person social experiences—especially if you prefer smaller, more intentional gatherings over large, crowded events. Members should be open to respectful conversation and contributing to a positive group atmosphere.

Our intention is simple: to create consistent opportunities for people in London to meet face-to-face, build real friendships, and feel more connected in a big city.
