You are warmly invited to join Bonnie Walchuk MA, LMFT, ATR-BC founder of Dreambigwellness.org for an afternoon of igniting your creative spirit through painting, exploration, fun, and friendship.

No art experience necessary or required.
All instruction, art supplies and refreshments included!

In part one you will be introduced to art therapy and the kinesthetic experience of process painting with acrylic paint on canvas
Here we paint for the process (for the fun of it), rather than the product (what we make with the art materials. We invite extra kindness to yourself to let go of the art critic and judgement as you enter your flow state. Reconnecting to your inner second grader through creative expression and play!
Midway we will pause to enjoy complimentary beverages and snacks.
In part two feel yourself guided to reconnecting with aspects of yourself, nature, and the collective experience of others.
This is eco-art and process painting combined!
We will return to our artwork and create a new piece integrating the painting you created in part one with items from nature, painting layers and collage. Here your art will guide you to the next level of the creative process as you play, experiment, and let go.
