Join us for a joyful fusion of Hatha Yoga and Laughter Yoga—where mindful movement meets contagious joy. This unique class begins with gentle Hatha postures to ground and open the body, followed by playful laughter exercises designed to uplift your mood, release stress, and connect with your inner child.
Through deep breathing, intentional laughter, and calming stretches, you’ll experience a full-body workout for both body and soul. No previous yoga or comedy experience needed—just a willingness to let go and laugh!
