If so, come join us for an evening of Coming Home. Coming Home is a space where we acknowledge all the feelings of the human experience, including the difficult ones. It’s a space where you are allowed to feel in order to heal. It’s a space where you are simply allowed to be.

I invite you to a transformative evening of healing, where you will return to the light and love within you. This Coming Home experience is led by Dr. Jenn, a somatic hypnotherapist, doctor of physical therapy, and holistic bodyworker. She will guide you through a powerful integration of sound healing, somatic hypnotherapy, holistic bodywork, and aromatherapy, designed to help you reconnect mind and body, fostering a deeper sense of embodiment and wholeness. If you feel safe, this is also a space where you are invited to share authentically, helping to build connection within our community.

Dr. Jenn Au is the founder of I Am Home Holistic Wellness and a dedicated guide for highly sensitive individuals seeking healing from trauma, anxiety, chronic pain, and stress. A somatic hypnotherapist, Doctor of Physical Therapy, and holistic bodyworker, she combines her expertise to help clients reconnect with internal safety, authenticity, and self-love.
