Are you looking to transform aspects of yourself that feel “not enough”? Do you want to improve your self-esteem and feel grounded and confident in who you are?

If so, join us for an evening of the Coming Home Experience. The theme for this gathering is worthiness. Together, we’ll create a supportive space to release limiting beliefs and old stories. As we hold space for feelings of “not enough” in our bodies, we’ll ground ourselves through a somatic tea ceremony, helping to process and release trauma held in the body. This will allow us to transform and embody our grounded, authentic selves.
After the tea ceremony, we’ll gently rest while the soothing sounds of the crystal bowls help you integrate and deepen the healing experience. We’ll then conclude with somatic hypnotherapy, where you’ll envision stepping into the higher version of yourself that has always been within.

I invite you to a transformative evening of healing, where you’ll reconnect with the light and love that already resides within you. This Coming Home experience is led by Dr. Jenn, a somatic hypnotherapist, doctor of physical therapy, and holistic bodyworker. She will guide you through an integration of somatic tea ceremony, sound healing, somatic hypnotherapy, and aromatherapy to help you reconnect mind and body, fostering a deeper sense of embodiment and wholeness. If you feel comfortable, you are also invited to share authentically, helping to build connection within our community.
