About us
A home-hosted dinner salon for people who love food, music, and meaningful conversation.
This is a monthly, small-group gathering centered around intentional hospitality.
We gather in candlelight—often around a long wooden table—listening to classical music, early jazz, or whatever suits the evening. We cook. We share wine or cocktails. We talk. We linger.
Each dinner has a theme or cultural focus: Spanish night, Italian countryside, Aegean summer, American smoke & fire, etc.
One host sets the tone and prepares the main dish.
Guests bring complementary dishes or drinks—co-creating the table together.
Think:
- Paella with shared sides and sangria
- Mushroom risotto with roasted brussels
- Charcuterie, crusty bread, thoughtful wine
- Summer brisket, salads, and smoke
This group is for:
- Amateur chefs who cook as creative expression
- Old souls who miss dressing well and slowing down
- People who value depth, warmth, laughter, and listening
- Those curious about hosting one day themselves
Group size is intentionally small (usually 8–12 people).
This keeps the energy intimate and the conversation real.
If you love food, atmosphere, music, and the art of gathering—you’ll feel at home here.
